In medium bowl, toss cut asparagus, cheese, green onions and flour. Spread into pie crust. In same bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder until mixed well. Pour over cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes. Arrange asparagus spears, spoke fashion, over quiche. Bake 10 minutes more, until knife inserted about 1 inch from edge or near center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes to set. Cut into wedges and serve.
