Blueberry Cinnamon Sauce Recipe

This is an extremely easy recipe. But worth much more than the little effort it takes to make it.



1 cup blueberries

cup sugar

2 tbsp water

tsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon juice

In saucepan, bring sugar, water, cinnamon and lemon juice to a bubbling boil stirring well. Add mashed blueberries, cook another 5 minutes. Strain off excess pulp and seeds.

Chill before serving as a topping for ice cream, pancakes and so forth.
