Soak the Goji Berries and Craisins in Lemon Juice for about an hour. Drain off excess lemon juice, leaving roughly 2 or 3 tablespoons worth in with the berries. Simply judge by visual examination , you don't have to actually measure out the lemon juice if you don't want to.
I like to save the excess Lemon juice as it is still useful.
Add the rest of the ingredients and puree them all together in a food processor or blender.
Seal in airtight jars, it will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 - 3 weeks.
