Dill Pickle Recipe Process

Hot Dill Pickles

1 gallon Cucumbers

1 1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds

1 1/2 tsp Alum

1 small white Onion

2 cloves garlic

3 Hot peppers

1 Dill head

1 qt Vinegar

3 qt Water

1 cup Salt

Put cucumbers, mustard seed, Alum, onion, garlic, and the hot peppers into jars.

Bring Vinegar, Water & salt to a boil together and then pour into previously prepared jars.

Seal properly and patiently wait Approximately 1 month before use.

Assuming you enjoy pain, do not wear gloves, and be sure to wipe your eyes after handling the peppers. If your a sissy who hates pain, wash your hands and wear gloves whenever handling hot peppers.
