This is an extremely easy recipe for Blueberry sauce with cinnamon. But worth much more than the little effort it takes to make it. Serve with Ice Cream. Pancakes, Waffles and so forth.
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
In saucepan, bring sugar, water, cinnamon and lemon juice to a bubbling boil stirring well. Add mashed blueberries, cook another 5 minutes. Strain off excess pulp and seeds.
Chill before serving as a topping for ice cream, pancakes and so forth.
