Puddings are creamy soft thick desserts, similar to custards. They generally contain flour, eggs and milk as thickening agents along with flavoring, enhancers and sweeteners. When you think of pudding, you generally think of the standard blase faire chocolate, butterscotch or tapioca puddings - but berries also make tastelicous puddings as well, particularly Blueberries.
