Broccoli and Carrot Casserole
4-6 carrots, sliced, cooked
1 head of broccoli, cut-up, steamed for 5 minutes
1/8 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In casserole dish, mix carrots, broccoli, Romano cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over all vegetables; toss to coat.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top of vegetables. ~Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
