1 1/2 lb carrots
1 1/4 pints milk
1/4 gram saffron
1 oz honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 oz. gelatin
Grate the carrots and boil in the milk for about an hour.
Add the saffron, gelatin- honey and cinnamon and mix into the carrot cream.
Pour into individual cups and chill.
