Pumpkin Ice Cream

1 16 ounce can solid-pack pumpkin

1 cup cream

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light Cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients until smooth .

Place your mixture into an electric ice cream maker and proceed according to manufacturer's instructions.

When mixture is consistently thick, place it into a freezer container till firm up to the consistency of soft serve Ice Cream.

Goes great with praline topping and chopped nuts

 

Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

1 16 oz. Can pumpkin

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1.5 teaspoon

2 packages Dream Whip

Prepare a graham cracker crust

Combine all of the above ingredients

Fill the pie crust 75% full with pumpkin mixture
Drop large scoops of vanilla ice cream into the pumpkin mixture and Sprinkle extra graham crumbs on top

Freeze, then when frozen Drizzle pure maple syrup over pecan garnish and pie section when serving.
