An Old World Heirloom originating on the Isle of Krim near Crimea in the Ukrainian Black Sea of the former Soviet Union. This blackish red tomato produces 3-4" mahogany bi colored beefsteak style tomatoes. Unusual taste is tangy sweet and slightly salty. Suitable for home gardeners and container/patio gardens. Good for salads, slicing, and cooking.
